The Bakugauntlet is made by SpinMaster which has many lines of popular toys. The Bakugan New Vestroia Gauntlet was released in October of 2009 and is based on the device used by Dan in the New Vestroia series that began airing in April of 2009. Last year the Bakugan game and TV show was a big hit with boys. My son came home with a Bakugan ball that someone in his summer camp had given him and that is where we were introduced to the Bakugan World. Subsequently he ran into the TV show and now for the show's second season New Vestroia, exciting new Bakugan toys are coming out.
